Do I qualify for VA Health Care?

It depends. There are MANY factors that will determine if you qualify for VA Health Care. These are the three main qualifiers: 

PACT Act Veteran

Established Service Connection (even 0%)

Total household income under VA threshold

How do I enroll in VA Health Care?

Once you feel you are eligible, there are three easy ways to enroll in VA Health Care:

1. Call: 1-877-222-8387 (35-45 minutes) Hint: Best and Quickest Method

2. Visit the VA Health Care Enrollment website and enroll with your ID.me or LOGIN.gov credentials

3. Call our office at 1-920-832-5697 for an appointment to help complete a VA 10-10EZ form

4. Visit your local Veterans Administration Regional Office (Milwaukee)

Hint: The local VA clinics NO longer offer Health Enrollment Centers

 

Can I enroll my dependents in VA Health Care?

No. VA Health Care is for the Veteran only. For those Veterans who are 100% service connected, may apply for CHAMPVA.

 

How do I get a VA Health Care ID Card?

If you are enrolled in VA Health Care, you may visit any VA Clinic for an ID. It is best to call ahead of time.
