Engineering Technicians

The LCD Engineering Technicians assist landowners with surveying, design, construction oversight, and provide construction certification duties to ensure Best Management Practices (BMPs) are in compliance with state, federal, and county ordinances and engineering standards.

Agronomists/Conservation Planners

Andy and Alex provide general and site specific information to landowners including education, planning, and technical assistance for agronomic practices including conservation tillage, cover cropping, nutrient management, and integrated pest management practices. Karen is our Regenerative Agriculture Coordinator.
