Per State Statute 323, municipalities are required to develop their own ERP to coordinate effective response and recovery for their community. Contact your local emergency manager for their local plan.

If you are a local emergency manager and need assistance with creating a local ERP or need assistance updating your current plan, contact us at ocem@outagamie.org.
