Outagamie County Treatment Courts help keep our community safe while supporting people with substance use and mental health challenges. For more than 15 years, we’ve shown that proven treatment and strong support help people build stable, healthy lives.

Our Treatment Court Programs

Criminal Justice Treatment Services (CJTS) offers three post-conviction treatment courts:

  • Drug and Alcohol Treatment Court
  • Mental Health Court
  • Veterans Treatment Court

How Treatment Courts Help

Our programs are closely supervised by judges and combine treatment with accountability. Participants receive:

  • Substance use and mental health treatment
  • Rehabilitation and recovery services
  • Community supervision and ongoing support

Successfully completing a treatment court program may:

  • Help participants avoid jail or prison
  • Prevent DOC revocation
  • Lead to reduced or dismissed charges

Our Approach
