Outagamie County's Property Listing Office maintains accurate parcel ownership, legal descriptions, addressing, lottery credits, and assessment records for all Outagamie County properties.
The Office reviews parcel map and description changes; coordinates assessment data with assessors, municipal clerks, and treasurers; prepares assessment and tax rolls, notices, and tax bills; and assists the public with land ownership and location questions.
For assessment questions or disputes, contact your local assessor to review your options. Check the Wisconsin Municipal Assessors List.
Visit the Outagamie County Ascent Land Records site, search your property (parcel ID, address, or name), then click on "Find Now". Choose the correct record under display to view details.
Contact your local Assessor for questions about your assessment.
Prior-year assessment and tax rolls are available on the Outagamie County Open Data site. Current-year rolls are posted in January of the following years (e.g., 2023 rolls in January 2024).
Outagamie County uses a uniform addressing system to support countywide 911 emergency response. The Development and Land Services Department assigns new addresses in the unincorporated areas (except the Town of Grand Chute) and in the Villages of Nichols and Shiocton. The Department also reviews and approves all proposed street names to prevent duplication.
Addresses are assigned using a county grid starting in the southeast corner, extending north and west, at roughly 400 addresses per mile (one new address every 13.2 feet) to ensure each address is unique for emergency location. The County's Addressing Ordinance outlines street naming and numbering standards and the approval process.
Property owners who want to request a new address must contact their municipality.
Municipalities in the unincorporated areas of Outagamie County (except the Town of Grand Chute) and in the Villages of Nichols and Shiocton will submit the new address request on the property owner's behalf online via CityView Web Portal. All other municipalities in Outagamie County have addressing authority and will process new address requests according to their local procedures.
To change a parcel mailing address, visit the Outagamie County Ascent Land Records site, search your property, and select "Request Mailing Address Change". Updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
More information about this process is available through the County Treasurer "Mailing Address Change" webpage.
Development & Land Services Department maintains list of requested street names for future road dedication. Contact us to request a street name for future dedication.
