Outagamie County Emergency Management helps communities and first responders prepare for, respond to, and recover from natural, technological, and human-caused disasters. Through planning, training, and exercising, we prepare our citizens and response personnel to help minimize the loss of lives and property in the event of a disaster or emergency.
