COMMUNITIES HELPING ADULTS IN NEED CHAIN

Be a vital link in the CHAIN by helping rake in the spring and fall!
On the last Saturday in April and October volunteers link together countywide to perform raking for Outagamie County homeowners over the age of 65 or who are disabled.
Outagamie County coordinated its first bi-annual CHAIN Reaction Day on May 14, 1994. Approximately125 volunteers completed spring clean-up chores for 93 homes. It has been held every spring and fall since, with the exception of Spring 2020, with hundreds of volunteers helping the elderly and disabled in Outagamie County.
What impact does CHAIN have?

In 2025...
...23 homeowners had their lawns raked by 9 groups of volunteers in the spring
...32 homeowners had their lawns raked by 8 groups of volunteers in the fall
Testimonials
Dear CHAIN Reaction Volunteers. I want to thank you for your wonderful service of raking my leaves last Saturday. Everyone arrived at one time and had my leaves raked and on the terrace in no time. I saw smiles and could hear pleasant laughter. God bless each of you, because you have blessed me.
