Combine Adjacent Properties into One Tax Bill

  • Town properties: Parcel combines must follow the Outagamie County Land Division & Platting Ordinance. A Certified Survey Map (CSM) is required. Learn more about the CSM process(PDF, 479KB).
  • City/Village properties: Properties located within a City or Village may combine/split a parcel or parcels with approval from your Municipal Clerk and your local Assessor. Addressing and Street Names

Outagamie County uses a uniform addressing system to support countywide 911 emergency response. The Development and Land Services Department assigns new addresses in the unincorporated areas (except the Town of Grand Chute) and in the Villages of Nichols and Shiocton. The Department also reviews and approves all proposed street names to prevent duplication.

Addresses are assigned using a county grid starting in the southeast corner, extending north and west, at roughly 400 addresses per mile (one new address every 13.2 feet) to ensure each address is unique for emergency location. The County's Addressing Ordinance outlines street naming and numbering standards and the approval process.

Request a New Address

Property owners who want to request a new address must contact their municipality.

Municipalities in the unincorporated areas of Outagamie County (except the Town of Grand Chute) and in the Villages of Nichols and Shiocton will submit the new address request on the property owner's behalf online via CityView Web Portal. All other municipalities in Outagamie County have addressing authority and will process new address requests according to their local procedures.
