Rental Equipment

The Outagamie County Land Conservation Department offers an Equipment Rental Program which makes a variety of agricultural equipment available at reasonable prices to Outagamie County residents. A rental agreement must be completed and payment received before a piece of equipment can be taken. Rental of equipment is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rental equipment may only be used in Outagamie County or within 30 miles of Appleton. Pick up and drop off of equipment needs to happen between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:30 pm.

If you are interested in renting equipment, please check the rental reservation calendar below for availability. Helpful guides for equipment use and rental rates can be found in the "descriptions" documents below.

To apply for equipment rental, complete a rental agreement and, if applicable, include a copy of your tax exemption certificate. Submit to our office:

• By email: lori.hilson@outagamie.org. Once payment is received, you will be sent a receipt and reservation confirmation via email.
• By mail: Outagamie County Land Conservation Department, 3365 W. Brewster St, Appleton, WI 54914. Include a check for the exact amount (including sales tax if applicable). Make checks payable to Outagamie County LCD.
