County CE & Fieldcrest Drive Intersection, Public Information Meeting

Outagamie County in conjunction with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation proposes to improve the intersection of County CE (E. College Avenue) and Fieldcrest Drive to a modified Reduced-Crossing U-Turn (R-CUT) intersection. The proposed reconstruction is located approximately ½-mile west of the CTH CE and STH 55 intersection in the City of Kaukauna.

All interested persons are encouraged to attend a Public Involvement Meeting at 6:00 P.M. on August 12^th, 2026, at the City of Kaukauna Council Chambers, 144 W Second St, Kaukauna, WI 54130. 

The public is encouraged to attend this informational meeting to learn more about the proposed improvements and provide input. Project maps and other information will be on display, and consultant staff will be available to explain the proposed improvements and answer questions. Information on how to present verbal and written testimony will be provided at the public meeting.

The meeting facility is handicapped accessible. To allow time for arranging additional assistance, please contact the City of Kaukauna Clerk’s office at (920) 766-6300 at least three days in advance.
