Rent Smart Essentials: Level‑Up Your Renting Skills

Open to all ages 14 – 24.

Participation in all dates in a series is highly recommended for maximum impact.

This hands-on, three‑session class helps new renters learn how to budget for housing, find and keep an affordable place, understand rental applications, build positive relationships with landlords and neighbors, and know your rights and responsibilities before signing a lease.
