How do I know which jobs are open?

You will find a list of Outagamie County job titles on the current openings page. The job titles are links to general information regarding each job description.

Job titles are also combined into general occupational categories.

Are paper applications accepted?

Applications for Outagamie County open positions are only accepted online and you must have an active personal email account. Paper applications will not be accepted.

Do I have to create an account to apply?

I am ready, how do I apply?

You can apply online by clicking on the job title you are interested in and clicking on the "Apply" link. After viewing the Job Description, click the ‘Apply’ tab.

After your account has been established, you can import your resume from LinkedIn, upload it from a saved document on your computer, or manually enter your personal information.

Your profile will be saved and used to apply for future job openings.

Is applying online secure?

Online applications are stored on a secure site. Only authorized employees and hiring authorities have access to the information submitted.

What information should I include on the application?

It is important that your application includes all the relevant education and experience you possess. Applications may be rejected if incomplete.

I am interested in a position that is not open. Is there something to help me?

Create an account. Once you are logged in to your account click on "Menu" in the upper left corner. Click on "Job Interest Card".

For the next 12 months after you submit this form, you will receive an email notification each time a position opens with Outagamie County whose category matches one of the categories you've chosen.
