Rooms and Fees

Facility use fees reflect business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday.
Add $50/hour before 8:00 a.m. and after 4:30 p.m.

Great Room

Up to 100 people, auditorium-style. Up to 75 people, classroom-style.

Naturalist-Led Programs

  • Outdoor/indoor naturalist led hike/program, add $35/hour/staff member (Minimum 1 hour)
  • Team building programs, add $55/hour/staff member (Minimum 2 hours)

Approved Caterers

Any catering that takes place at Plamann Park needs to be a part of our approved caterers list. Review the list of approved caterers. Catering does not include drop-off services. Catering is defined as the food/beverage is being served, prepared, and transported by a licensed restaurant, caterer or other food service provider. The food/beverages require setup and/or onsite service; such as beer trailers, servers, attendants, pig roasters, etc.

Caterers can get added to our list at any time.

Notes

  • A Security Deposit of $50 and payment in full are required to reserve a room(s).
  • Room set-up arrangements must be confirmed one week prior to your event.
  • A list of local caterers and lodging accommodations are available upon request.
  • The Security Deposit of $50 will be refunded if the room is left in acceptable condition.
  • Any use of the room for your personal set-up and clean-up must occur within the confirmed rental agreement time. Room usage before or after your listed arrival and departure times will be charged at the rate of $50/hour.
  • Outagamie County observes a no-alcohol policy on the nature center grounds and inside the interpretive building.
