Meetings

The Drainage Board meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 8:30 a.m. at Osborn Town Hall; W3389 County Road EE, Seymour, WI. The meeting will be rescheduled if it falls on election day.

OUTAGAMIE COUNTY DRAINAGE BOARD NOTICE OF INSPECTION OF CORRIDOR AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE WITHIN DISTRICT LEGAL DRAINS AND CORRIDORS

If you are an owner of property located within one of the following Outagamie County Drainage Districts: Bovina/Black Creek, Center Valley, Center/Grand Chute, Duck Creek, Freedom, North Liberty, Oneida/Hobart, or Vandenbroek. Please be advised that the Drainage Board will be conducting annual drainage ditch & corridor inspections, per WI §88.74 and DATCP 48.12 & 48.14, starting in April, 2026 and continuing until completion. General maintenance, per DATCP 48.24 (3)(b), includes cutting brush & trees under 6” diameter, mowing, pesticide application, dredging, excavation and other operations. Landowners are requested to remove any locks/barriers placed on entrances to the legal drain corridor to allow access. No structures, objects, fences are allowed within 75’ from the ditch top of bank. Inspections/maintenance may occur during evening hours. Landowners and land users may accompany the inspection under DATCP 48.14 (1) and may submit comments related to the performance of the district drainage system to the Outagamie County Drainage Board, 320 S Walnut St, Appleton WI 54911.
