The Outagamie County Caregiver Coalition would like to recognize and thank the amazing family caregivers across Outagamie County and beyond by bringing everyone together for our “Together We Shine: Caregiver Appreciation Event.”
 
Join us for an uplifting time featuring inspirational speakers, opportunities to connect with local resources that support caregivers, prizes, and a light meal with beverages. This special gathering is our way of saying THANK YOU for the incredible work, compassion, and dedication you show every day as caregivers.
 
Please note: This is an event for Family Caregivers who either live in Outagamie Co. or take care of someone living in Outagamie County.
