What is Land Notification?

Land Notification is a free alert system that allows you to monitor a specific personal or business name in Outagamie County for real estate activity. Each time there is recording activity on a particular name, an email and/or text message is generated, notifying the appropriate person(s) of this activity.

Is there any cost to subscribe to Land Notification?

No. This is a free service.

Will Land Notification prevent fraud from happening?

While Land Notification does not prevent fraud from happening, it provides an early warning system for property owners to take appropriate actions should they determine possible fraudulent activity has taken place.

How do I sign up for Land Notification?

Land Notification has been upgraded to a new version. If you signed up under the prior system, your alerts have been migrated to the new system. No action is required on your part if you have no changes and if you want to continue receiving alerts through the email you initially set up your account with. However, if you would like to change how your alerts were set up, or add the option to be alerted via text message, you will need to create a new user account in the new Land Notification system.
