ColorTract

Outagamie County Register of Deeds, in conjunction with OnQ Solutions, offers users free access to ColorTract Online Real Estate Records Tract Index. ColorTract: 

  • Provides online access to all of the information kept in our indexes: 
    • Tract Books
    • Grantor – Grantee
    • Miscellaneous Index (located in the ROD office and posted to ColorTract thru the end of May 2022) contains documents with vague legal descriptions or legal descriptions too extensive to be posted in the tract index (i.e., railroad documents, street vacations, annexations, certificates of incorporation, easements that cover multiple parcels over a large area, etc.) 
  • Records included start in 1998 and go back as far as the original land patent
  • Includes a FAQ section to assist with and improve the user experience
