The Newton Blackmour State Trail is a versatile, multipurpose trail running through New London, Shiocton, Black Creek, and Seymour in Outagamie County. It is accessible year-round, though some activities may be restricted at times. This trail offers a rich, scenic experience for various recreational activities throughout the year.

To help prevent damage to the trail, horses should remain off the trails until they are dry - typically around May. Riders are also encouraged to limit trail use after heavy rainfall to minimize potential damage.
