Postpartum Recovery Resources

Your health matters, too.

The weeks and months after birth are a time of healing and adjustment. We can connect you to:

  • Postpartum nurse home visits

  • Mental health and postpartum depression screenings

  • Breastfeeding support and lactation referrals

  • Resources for physical recovery after birth

Nutrition & Breastfeeding Support

WIC – Women, Infants & Children Program

WIC is a free supplemental nutrition program that provides:

  • Healthy foods
