Supportive Home Care
The Supportive Home Care Unit provides consumer direction on in-home care services and supports to promote aging in place. Services are available to low-income adults 65 years of age and older. Services include assistance with instrumental activities of daily living such as:
- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Shopping services
- Prescription pick-up
- Errand services
The Supportive Home Care Unit is also dedicated to assisting consumers that own and live in their home with information on services that may benefit them in relation to:
- Meal delivery / congregate meals
- Transportation
- Information on home modifications and repairs
- Resources and referrals
