Public Participation – Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 2-49 Rule 6 – Appearance of Non-Board Members, of the Outagamie County Code of Ordinances, “Public participation is limited to Outagamie County residents, employees and owners of businesses in Outagamie County, Outagamie County employees, or Outagamie County property taxpayers. Participation is limited solely to only matters listed on the agenda and for a total of 15 minutes, which may be extended to 30 minutes at the discretion of the Chair. Individual speakers are limited to three minutes per speaker.”

New Business
- Resolution No. 49—2024-25(PDF, 337KB) – Health and Human Services Committee. Authorize and approve to increase the Community Health Advertising – Promotion line item for $20,000 in order to correct an error in previously adopted Resolution 4—2024-25, as noted on the attached fiscal note.
- Resolution No. 50—2024-25(PDF, 193KB) – Health and Human Services Committee. Authorize and approve to transfer the 2024 juvenile transports and mental health client transports budgets from the Health and Human Services Department to the Sheriff’s Office, and for the following line items: decrease the Youth Aids Transportation by $10,000; decrease the Contract Mental Health Transportation by $55,520.78; and increase the Public Safety Human Services Transports by $65,520.78, as noted on the attached fiscal note.
- Resolution No. 51—2024-25(PDF, 1MB) – Property, Airport, Recreation and Economic Development Committee. Authorize the execution of a Warranty Deed to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for $5,050 for parcel number 260447400 in Outagamie County, with property interests and rights (as noted on the attachments) and for the line items of Solid Waste for Proceeds from Sale of Asset increase by $5,050 and Solid Waste Land decrease by $5,050, as noted on the attached fiscal note.
- Resolution No. 52—2024-25(PDF, 411KB) – Property, Airport, Recreation and Economic Development Committee. Approve the Addendum to the Lease Agreement between Outagamie County and Valley Packaging Industries to occupy the county owned premises located at 3375 West Brewster Street, Appleton, until February 1, 2025, as noted on the attached Addendum to Lease Agreement, with no budget adjustment needed at this time, as revenues will be included in the 2025 budget.
