County Board Filing Requirements

Eligibility for Outagamie County Board of Supervisor Requirements:

• US Citizen
• 18 Years of Age (or older)
• Elector (resident) of Outagamie County Supervisory District (for a minimum of 28 days preceding the election)
• May not have been convicted of a felony in any court in the United States unless pardoned of the conviction

The current County Board regular term expires the third Tuesday in April 2026. The following items are required to be filed in the County Clerk's office by the filing deadline: 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026:

• Ballot Access Checklist for County Nonpartisan Offices - Checklist for County Supervisor 2026
• Declaration of Candidacy - Declaration Form with Instructions provided by the Wisconsin Elections Commission
• Nomination Paper for Nonpartisan Office - Circulation Form provided by the Wisconsin Elections Commission
• Outagamie County Non-Disclosure Statement - A disclosure of possible conflicts of interest form, as required when filing to run for an elected office in Outagamie County
