Public Participation is limited to only matters listed on the agenda and for a total of fifteen minutes which may be extended to 30 minutes at the discretion of the Chair – Individual speakers are limited to three minutes per speaker. Per County Board Rule 2-45(7) In the event the Board Chair determines that a virtual county board meeting is necessary, members of the public wishing to speak must register with the Legislative Services Office by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the county board meeting. - Ordinance No. Z-1—2023-24(PDF, 302KB) – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning, and Land Conservation Committee. Approve to recommend adoption of the petition of Robert Prunty, property owner, to rezone parcel 080037908, 4.23 acres, from AGD-General Agriculture District and CL-Local Commercial District to AGD-General Agriculture District only, in the Town of Ellington, as detailed on the attachments.
- Resolution No. 30—2023-24(PDF, 6MB) – Highway, Recycling and Solid Waste Committee. Approve of the County Highway Commissioner entering into a State Municipal Agreement for the CTH U Bridge Project and authorize funding for the county share of the project costs to be included in future budgets, as detailed on the attachments.
- Resolution No. 31—2023-24(PDF, 4MB) – Property, Airport, Recreation and Economic Development Committee. Authorize granting We Energies an easement for parcel 111-1227-00 in the Village of Greenville, as detailed on the attachments.
- Resolution No. 32—2023-24(PDF, 539KB) – Public Safety Committee. Approve of transferring $65,000 from the Capital line items of Sheriff Body Cameras 2021 to Squad Cars, as detailed on the attached fiscal note.
- Resolution No. 33—2023-24(PDF, 543KB) – Public Safety Committee. Approve of the Sheriff’s Office to accept and expend funds for an emotional support assistance program for law enforcement officers and emergency dispatchers (telecommunicators) available from the International Association for Clear Thinking for $24,950, and increase the Sheriff Administration line items of Miscellaneous Revenue and Purchased Services by $24,950 each, as detailed on the attached fiscal note.
- Resolution No. 34—2023-24(PDF, 2MB) – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning & Land Conservation Committee. Approve the Land Conservation Department to accept and expend a federal financial assistance award from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for Riparian Habitat Enhancement & Restoration in the Lower Fox River Basin of $273,250 for the time period of July 1, 2023 through July 1, 2026, to expand riparian habitat enhancement and stream restoration projects to improve habitat and water quality, and increase the following line items in the Land Conservation Grants budget: Intergovernmental Revenues by $273,250; Purchased Services by $206,250; Salaries by $42,857; Fringe Benefits by $17,143; Supplies by $5,000; Travel/Training by $2,000, as detailed on the attachments.
- Resolution No. 35—2023-24(PDF, 6MB) – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning & Land Conservation Committee. Approve of the Land Conservation Department to accept and expend a grant from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WI DNR) for $50,000 to implement a suite of practices to improve soil health and reduce nutrient and sediment runoff in a subwatershed of the Wolf River, and to increase the Land Conservation Grants line items for Intergovernmental Revenues and Purchased Services by $50,000 each, as detailed on the attachments.
