  • Resolution No. Z-4—2023-24(PDF, 355KB) – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning and Land Conservation Committee. Approve the rezone request for the Town of Grand Chute for parcel 101038010, from the Local Commercial District to the R-3 Single-Family Attached Residential District for a future single-family residential condominium development in the Town of Grand Chute, as depicted on the attachments.
  • Resolution No. 46—2023-24(PDF, 20KB) – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning, and Land Conservation Committee. Approve to request that the Wisconsin State Legislature revise Wis. Stat. § 66.0401(1m) and Wis. Stat. § 196.491, as noted on the resolution, to grant Wisconsin counties the authority to responsibly site utility-scale solar installations, to maintain orderly planning and comply with the statutory requirement laid out in Wis. Stat. § 66.1001(3) to adhere to the objectives, goals, and policies contained in the County’s comprehensive plan.
  • Resolution No. 47—2023-24(PDF, 8MB) – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning, and Land Conservation Committee. Authorize and approve execution of the attached Great Lakes Sediment and Nutrient Reduction Program Grant Contract between the Great Lakes Commission and the Outagamie County Land Conservation Department, and approve of increasing the following line items in the Land Conservation Grants Cost Center: Intergovernmental Revenues by $116,541; Purchased Services by $95,325; Salaries by $13,660; Fringe Benefits by $6,556; Travel/Training by $1,000, as noted on the attached fiscal note.
  • Resolution No. 48—2023-24(PDF, 470KB) – Finance Committee. Authorize and approve the following Central Services line items: increase Capital Outlay by $16,000, and decrease the Salaries by $11,000, and decrease the Fringe Benefits by $5,000, as noted on the attached fiscal note, to purchase a folding machine and document cutter for the Central Services Department.
  • Resolution No. 49—2023-24(PDF, 7MB) – Finance Committee. Support the attached Town of Freedom Tax Incremental District (TID) No. 3 Project Plan, and recommend that the County representative on the Town of Freedom TID Board of Review vote in favor of this plan.
  • Resolution No. 50—2023-24(PDF, 12KB) – Highway, Recycling and Solid Waste Committee. Authorize the Recycling and Solid Waste Director, Acting Director, Interim Director, Recycling Manager, or Solid Waste Manager to act on behalf of the County to sign and submit applications to the Department of Natural Resources for financial assistance, sign necessary documents, and submit a final report, as defined by §287.23 and §287.24, Wis. Stats., and Chapter NR 542, 544 Wis. Admin. Code.
  • Resolution No. 51—2023-24(PDF, 1MB) – Property, Airport, Recreation and Economic Development Committee. Approve to grant We Energies an easement for parcel number 311672311 in the City of Appleton, as noted on the resolution and attachments.
