The Board meets for the Annual Reorganization Meeting, pursuant to Section 59.11 (1) (c), Wisconsin Statutes, and is called to order by County Clerk Jeff King at 4:00 p.m. in the County Board Room, located at 320 South Walnut Street, Appleton, Wisconsin.

Roll Call - Establish a quorum of the Outagamie County Board of Supervisors. County Clerk King requests the Board's confirmation regarding excused members.

Pledge of Allegiance - Offered by County Clerk Jeff King.

Oath of Office - Administered by the Honorable Judge Vincent Biskupic, Outagamie County Circuit Court Branch 6, to the 2024-26 County Board of Supervisors.

Election of County Board Chairperson

  • County Clerk King – Appointment of three County Board Supervisors to act as Tellers.
  • Election of County Board Chairperson for a two-year term.
  • Once the Chairperson is elected and seated, the Chairperson will assume their duties.

Approve to adopt the petition of CVS Real Estate, KTMJ Properties LLC, and Merrick Development (Edgewood Commercial Condominium Association), property owners, to rezone a portion of parcel 200013904, from the Local Commercial District to the Industrial District, in the Town of Vandenbroek, as depicted on the attached review and map.
  • Resolution No. 1—2024-25(PDF, 3MB) – Property, Airport, Recreation and Economic Development Committee. Pursuant to §125.51(5)(b)2, Wis. Stats., as owner and operator of the Appleton International Airport, approve to grant a “Class B” permit to SSP America ATW, LLC, to allow the sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption by the glass and not in the original package or container on the premises, and authorize and approve the County Board Chairperson and County Clerk to sign the attached AT-105: Application for Airport/Public Facility Permit.
