Public Participation - Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 2-49 Rule 6 - Appearance of Non-Board Members, of the Outagamie County Code of Ordinances, "Public participation is limited to Outagamie County residents, employees and owners of businesses in Outagamie County, Outagamie County employees, or Outagamie County property taxpayers. Participation is limited solely to only matters listed on the agenda and for a total of 15 minutes, which may be extended to 30 minutes at the discretion of the Chair. Individual speakers are limited to three minutes per speaker."

  • Resolution No. Z-7—2024-25(PDF, 1MB) – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning and Land Conservation Committee. Approve the rezone request for Calnin & Goss, Inc., for parcels 102098500, 102098600, and 102098700, from the LC-Local Commercial District to R2-Two Family Residential District in the Town of Grand Chute, as depicted on the attached review and map.
  • Resolution No. Z-8—2024-25(PDF, 1MB) – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning and Land Conservation Committee. Approve the rezone request for Prospera Credit Union, Gold Crown Properties LLC, and Bluemound Properties LLC, for a portion of parcel 103100600 (Condo PIN: 103100800), from the CL Local Commercial District to the R-3 Single Family Attached Residence District in the Town of Grand Chute, as depicted on the attached review and map.
  • Resolution No. Z-9—2024-25(PDF, 503KB) – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning and Land Conservation Committee. Approve the Town of Buchanan Zoning Code Text Amendment, which includes updates to Table 525-31-1: Principal and Special Exception Uses and Structures, as well as the addition of a definition for “Mixed-Use” in Section 525-31, as depicted on the attached staff review.
  • Ordinance No. Z-8—2024-25(PDF, 495KB) – Agriculture, Extension Education, Zoning and Land Conservation Committee. Approve to recommend the amendment to the Outagamie County Comprehensive Plan to repeal and replace Map 36: Future Land Use for the Town of Vandenbroek, as noted on the resolution and attachments.
  • Resolution No. 119—2024-25(PDF, 279KB) – Property, Airport, Recreation and Economic Development Committee. Approve to endorse Bertram Communications’ application for Broadband, Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) funding to bring fiber to 2,544 eligible Broadband Serviceable Locations in Outagamie County, and endorse the application of Bertram Communication for BEAD funding to support their broadband infrastructure project in Outagamie County.
  • Resolution No. 120—2024-25(PDF, 4MB) – Highway, Recycling and Solid Waste Committee. Approve to authorize the County Highway Commissioner to enter into a revised State/Municipal Financial Agreement for the County U interchange and I-41 mainline improvement projects, as noted on the attached Revised State/Municipal Financial Agreement for a State-Let Highway Project, with no budget adjustment needed.
