Oversize/Overweight Moving Permits

This permit is for all oversized and overweight loads traveling County highways.

• Multiple Trip Permit Information Form(PDF, 234KB)

This permit requires submission 3 business days in advance of moving event.

General Instructions

1. Complete either the Single or Multiple Trip Permit Information above.
2. Submit/attach the form in the required portion of the Portal Application by clicking on the City View Web Portal below.
3. Attach your Certificate of Liability Insurance.
