Public Participation – Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 2-49 Rule 6 – Appearance of Non-Board Members, of the Outagamie County Code of Ordinances, “Public participation is limited to Outagamie County residents, employees and owners of businesses in Outagamie County, Outagamie County employees, or Outagamie County property taxpayers. Participation is limited solely to only matters listed on the agenda and for a total of 15 minutes, which may be extended to 30 minutes at the discretion of the Chair. Individual speakers are limited to three minutes per speaker.”

  • Ordinance No. Z-9—2024-25(PDF, 1MB) – Agriculture, Extension, Zoning, and Land Conservation Committee. Approve to adopt the petition of McMahon Associates Inc., applicant on behalf of KG Futures Group, LLC, owner, to rezone parcels (see Exhibit A&B), 38.88 acres, from General Agricultural & Single-Family Residential to Single-Family Residential & Two-Family Residential, located southwest of the intersection of Mc Hugh Road and Vans Court, in the Town of Freedom, as depicted on the attached review and map.
  • Resolution No. 121—2024-25(PDF, 252KB) – Finance Committee. Approve to disallow the claim submitted by Attorney Tyler T. Fredrickson on behalf of client Tabetha Moore that has been placed on file in the office of the Outagamie County Clerk and that no action of this claim may be brought against Outagamie County or any of its officers, officials, agents, or employees after six months from the date of service of this notice.
  • Resolution No. 122—2024-25(PDF, 11KB) – Highway, Recycling and Solid Waste Committee. Approve to authorize the Outagamie County Highway Commissioner to enter into all revised State/Municipal Financial Agreements for a State-Let Highway Project related to the I-41 corridor project whenever no budget adjustment is required.
  • Resolution No. 123—2024-25(PDF, 11KB) – Property, Airport, Recreation and Economic Development Committee. Approve of making application for State aid for the purpose of maintaining, acquiring, developing, and ensuring a program of snowmobile trails for public recreational use; authorize the Outagamie County Parks Director and/or Program/Office Manager to act on behalf of the County by submitting an application to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for any financial aid, sign documents, and take any necessary action to undertake, direct and complete approved projects, and the County will meet the financial obligation of accepted grants.
  • Resolution No. 124—2024-25(PDF, 2MB) – Public Safety Committee. Approve the attached Agreement for Enhanced County Law Enforcement Services in the Town of Buchanan and Village of Combined Locks, to obtain enhanced law enforcement services from the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office, with no budget adjustment needed.
  • Ordinance No. D—2024-25(PDF, 16KB) – Public Safety Committee. Approve to amend the Outagamie County Code of Ordinances as pertains to Section 34-25 - Boating Regulations, (e) Controlled Area, as noted on the Ordinance.
